01: LAUNDRY ROOM In the laundry room you have hose bib water connection s behind your washing machine. And a washing machine stand pie for the drain.
02: HOT WATER TANK ROOM In this area you have a power vented gas hot water tank and a sump pump.
03: Craft supply room: No plumbing in this room
04:WASHROOM In this room you have a toilet, pedestal sink, and a corner shower. The toilet and pedestal sink have shut offs at the fixtures. The shower has no shut offs and would need to be isolated by the water meter.
05: UTILITY ROOM In this room you have your water meter, a water softener and a hot water boiler.
06: SEWAGE EJECTION AREA The sewage ejector is the only thing in this room If the pump is not working disconnect the power cords and separate them from each other. Plug one in at a time to see if the pump comes on, if the pump comes on then you have a float issue. If the pump does not come on then you have an issue with the pump.
07: STORAGE AREA There is no plumbing in this room
08: MUD ROOM There is a laundry tub in this room with isolation shut offs underneath.
09: OFFICE There is no plumbing in this room
10: KITCHEN This room has a sink , dishwasher and refridgerator. All units have isolation valves under the kitchen sink.
11: DINING ROOM There is no plumbing n this room
12: ENTRY No plumbing in this area
13: FOYER No plumbing in this area
14: LIVING ROOM No plumbing in this area
15: WASHROOM There is a toilet and pedestal sink in this washroom, each of them have isolation valves.
